Michel Gahier Arbois Trousseau 'La Vigne de Mademoiselle D' 2023 Champagne this release of the BlancMichel recently acquired this beautifully situated half hectare parcel of 45 and 80 year old Trousseau adjacent to the component vineyard of La Vigne du Louis, naming the wine after the parcels former owner Isabelle Dole. Offering greater structure and tension than Michels classic trio of Trousseau, its blacker tinged fruit is wed to its tannins in a manner that beckons for a bit of cellaring patience, but its spirit and sense of unbridled energy
